He can sense the pressence of Earth Alliance's Neo Lorrnoke, who is another newtype. He also has a strange connection to Chairman Dullindal. Rey is another top elite member of ZAFT, wearing the red suit and commanding a ZAKU Phantom.Personality: Rey is a quiet and pilote person and usually keeps himself out of people's way. He has a strange attraction to Chairman Dullindal. He fights valiantly to defend the Minerva while Dullindal is inside.Talents: Rey is a great pilot along with his Newtype powers. Rey also has a pretty good aim with a gun, but can't match up to Athrun.
